When I see this post I had to check some domains and for my surprise, there is no info about hosting provider
Just information of domain registrar.
Then I come up that there is a way that you can find out who is hosting provider check IP and DNS of domain.

I don’t want any know what hosting I am using or avoid spam complaints.
Are you spamming someone or someone spamming you? didn’t quite get that part.
Whatever, you can hide your private data buy buying Whois ID protection. So no one can contact you.
If You want you can register your NS , then you can’t see DNS from hosting provider. (just IP’s)
But there is always part with IP of your domain which belongs to ip range of hosting provider. (you will know what provider is)
Then I think what can change dns records and ip and come up cloudflare.
But domain registrant stays un-hidden for ever.
