When looking for a host, I look at various things but there is one that is important which is hard to check in the beginning. Thats ticket response time for support
I’ve seen super fast responses like 10mins but I’m reading about horror stories like 11 hours @NameCrane .
I understand the quality of the response is just as important but would be interested to hear from others, what would de reasonable as an average response time for technical support tickets
- 0 – 60 min
- 1hr – 2hrs
- 2hrs – 4hrs
- 4hrs – 6hrs
- over 6hrs
